Retrieve Hotmail

Is it possible to retrieve and send hotmail from MS Outlook 2000?

Unfortunately Outlook 2000 does not have the ability to send/receive
Hotmail (HTTP mail). Outlook Express does have the ability to send/receive
with Hotmail but that functionality was not added to Outlook until Outlook
2002 and 2003.
