Retrieve permanenetly deleted items

Does any one knows how to retrieve permanenetly deleted
messages form Outlook? I don't have the Retreived deleted
items in Tools because is grayed out!

Hi - Recover Deleted Items is available only if you connect to Exchange
server (and it's been configured with Deleted Item Retention). If you use a
PST file, and don't have a backup, the items are gone, unfortunately....
