retrieving password of word document

How do i retrieve the password of my password protected document.I have a few
important documents but i have totally forgot what the password is!!!

If you have protected the document against opening, it is encrypted. You
cannot open it without the password. There are password cracking tools
available, but if your password is complex you will find they take forever
to run. They also mean that you will have to give your credit card details
to someone who cracks passwords, so take care!!!

Hypnosis would be safer
