Return address missing information

Hello,

In Office 2004 for Mac, when I attempt to create an envelope, the State
and Zipcode fields are missing from the return address. I've looked in
the User information, and the info is all there. I've deleted it and
re-input it, but that didn't help. I re-loaded Word -- same problem.

My work-around is to just manually fix it in the envelope document; but
that's a pain -- I want it to work right!

A second, minor problem, is that the first line of the return address
has a couple of extra spaces before the first text. Again, these can
be manually deleted, but what a pain.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Bumping this up -- hope someone sees it and has some words of wisdom
for me!

Unlikely to work. Most of the regulars here read most of the posts. If a
comment isn't given after a day or so, it's usually because a) you post
was incoherent (it wasn't), b) your post didn't really ask a question,
or it asked a question as a rant (neither applicable), or c) nobody
knows.

I can't reproduce the problem - I get what's in my Entourage
database/Word User Info - so I didn't answer.

Couple of off-the-wall suggestions:

1) Make sure you don't have duplicate entries for yourself in the Erage
database.

2) Rebuild your Entourage database.

Some more off the wall suggestions:

Haven't a clue. I suspect something may have gotten corrupted, probably the
normal template--note that re-loading Word does not fix anything unless you
run Office Remove first.
But test the prefs and Normal.dot, directions here.

(hit refresh a few times in Safari, or use a different browser)

Wildly guessing, before you do that: generate an envelope. Then click ¶ on
the standard toolbar to show nonprinting characters, and a frame will show
up. Is it possible the frame is too small for the whole address?

I assume everything is in the right place in User Information, no extra
spaces at the beginning of fields, state in State field...

OK, I rebuilt the Entourage d-base. Nope.
Repaired permissions again. Nope.
No duplicate entries -- anyhow, there can only be one "This is Me" for
return address info.
Everything is in the right fields, no extra spaces in the Entourage
address.
Frame is OK, shows the whole address.
I'm going to test the Normal template now.
