Return Address on Mailling Labels

I have Word 2003. Is there a guide to making Avery-type mailing
labels with return addresses and the mailing bar code printed
properly.

Are you running into any particular problems? I do know that you can
only insert a correct Barcode on a label if the label is WIDE enough
(which three-across usually isn't).
