Reuse a Sent email

I'd like to be able to pull up a sent email, which I may have sent days earlier, and edit the To address and some of the message text to send it out to someone else. I can't figure out how to do that. Any help would be appreciated.

Open the message, then choose Actions | Resend This Message.
