ReUse of an Already Register Product for New PC

I have owned the Microsoft Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers for a little over a year, yet I just purchased a new computer after my other one's motherboard was fried. I now am trying to install the Office software on the new PC yet the message that it "Has already been registered on a different PC comes up". Is it possible to install the same product on a new computer considering the fact that my other is no longer operational? How do I go about contacting the necessary Customer Service Agent that may allow for me to do so? Please offer any assistance you feel is applicable. Thanks!
