Reviewing Changes

A co-worker was trying to make changes and allow another person to see
those changes. I took and organization chart, changed the color of one
box, and sent it to her "for review". She in turn made another change,
and I can see the changed information but not see what was
changed/removed (the revision toolbar is greyed out). We are using 2002
XP
