Right Click Menu Gone/Can't open attachments within e-mail

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem for a user in our office. About 2
weeks ago, she lost the ability to right click on an e-mail and get a menu.
Nothing happens anymore when she right clicks. Also, at the same time, she
lost the ability to open an attachment within an e-mail. The only way she
can open the attachment is to save it to the desktop first. I have tried to
correct both by doing a repair and then a complete re-install of Outlook 2003
with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Myself and another user are seeing the same problem. I too have not been able
to determine why or how to fix.
