Right Click "Save Target As" Doesn't Work In Outlook

When I try to download a file that's part of the body of text in my email... it doesn't allow me to do anything. When I right Click over the link "Save Target As" never appears. All I see is "Select" "View Source" "Edit Message". Any suggestions on changes I can make to correct this? Thanks
