So? They don't support Outlook because it changes its features set and
operational behavior for different versions. They DO support Outlook
Express. So define an e-mail account in Outlook Express, check that it
works okay for both sending and receiving e-mails, and then import that
account in Outlook.

Thank you for your response sir, sorry am new to this.
If I only have outlook, the would I have to download
outlook express somewhere to get ti set to import it? Is
the express contained in the Outlook already? Sorry for
the stupid questions. and thank you again for your help.

RR can be a bunch of assholes at times...

Here's the info...

Incoming server: pop-server.XX.rr.com (XX is your location abbreviation)
Outgoing server: smtp-server.XX.rr.com (See above)

You rusernae you should already know.

That's about it.

I'm in wisconsin and my server is pop-server.wi.rr.com so you just have to fill in the two
letters...

Actually, Outlook Express is included in Internet Explorer. But then if
you disbelieve Microsoft's claim to the DOJ that IE is independent of
Windows the you could by inference conclude that Outlook Express is part
of Intenet Explorer which is part of Windows. If you have Internet
Explorer installed, it is likely that you have Outlook Express
installed. If not, perform a reinstall of a later version of Internet
Explorer
(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.a
sp). At one time, uninstalling Outlook Express would cause problems in
Outlook because Outlook would use some library files from Outlook
Express. Don't know if it is still that way but I suspect so.
