Rotate objects precisely

How do you rotate an object in smaller degrees or to a precise degree. I
scanned a picture and it it slightly tilted, but it over rotates when I uses
the rotate handle. I would like to rotate it only a few degrees--probably
only about 3 or 5 degrees.

You can through VBA. Select the object, then in the VBA immediate window,
type

Selection.ShapeRange.Rotation = n

Where n is the rotation you want, in degrees. Positive is clockwise. Don't
know the maximum precision, but at least one decimal place is OK.

You can set the rotation exactly on the Size tab of Format | Picture or
Format | AutoShape.
