Rotateable text boxes (text rotates with the box)

I use word and excel more and more for inserting images and then placing text
boxes on top of the images. Many times I have wished I could rotate the text
box (with the text rotating with it) so that it could align with something on
the image (e.g., a road that was at an angle on the sheet).

Well, in Excel at least you can cut the textbox and use Edit/Paste Special
and paste as an image. (PNG usually works pretty well for text.) You can
then use the rotate tools as usual to rotate the image of the textbox.

This does, of course, make your text uneditable.
