Help! I need to rotate some pictures for a website, but then the edges lose
their smooth lines and become ripply!

Rotate the images in a photo editor and Save for Web. And
then choose Picture> From file, from the Insert drop down menu.

Have you had your browser refresh. If not you may be
looking at the files in your cache.

This will happen if your image is low-resolution. For instance, if you
rotate a square by 45 degrees, the straight horizontal and vertical lines
will become jagged diagonal lines.

Try increasing the resolution of the image before rotating it.
