Rows Doubled

I have a 6000 row spreadsheet, that after i closed out of excel, then reopend
it copied numerous rows. The problem is that there are too many rows to be
delted that i dont want to spead the rest of the day deleting them. Is there
a formula/way to either identify of delete the rows that contain the exact
same information.
