Rule for Read Message

First, my apologies if you have already answered this question.

I would like a rule that will move a message into a folder "after" it has
been read.

Is this possible for Outlook 2003 & 2007?

I don't think you can do that since rules work on the receipt (or sending)
of messages not other events.

No, rules run as messages pass through from the smtp service. You'd need to
use a utility that can act on messages later.
