You need a few actions:
-You need to supply more info.
-If the rules are for mail/scheduling in outlook, you may need to remove
write protection on some files, or possibly log in to an exchange server
(or tell outlook that you are working locally, not towards exchange).
-If the rules are for a firewall, you need to post your question in a
different newsgroup. One option is comp.security.firewalls.
