Rule - Reply quoting orig email?

I can set rules to reply to certain messages, so I understand that
basics, both using a standard rule and an out of the office rule.

How do I edit a rule to reply and quote their email text back? In
Groupwise, this was a radio button to quote or not quote, but I am
clueless how to do it with Outlook (using 2K3 with Ent Exch 2K3).
