Rule to delete files in a specified folder

I have a spam filter setup that works great. It sends everything to a
folder under the "Deleted Items" directory called "SPAM". I would like to
create a rule that automatically deletes files that get sent to this
directory folder. I can not seem to find any sort of rule that lets you
delete items in a specified directory. Is this possible and if so could you
shove me in the right direction?
