Running Outlook 2003 w/SP1 (Office Professional 2003). I don't have the Rules
and Alerts item in my tools pull-down menu. I'm not talking about grayed out;
it isn't even there. I tried adding a RWIZ1.ecf file to the AddIn directory
but that didn't work. I didn't expect it to as it was an Outlook 2000 file.
Is this tool gone? I've trien uninstalling and re-installing Office with no
success. How can I get my rules and alerts to function?
