Running Outlook XP on Win XPPro, no exchange server. I
have a rule set up to forward emails based on the
subject line (Apply after message arrives | with WANTED
in the subject | Forward it to <emailaddress>).
It has never worked. Upon opening Outlook it will
properly forward the first email that matches, but no
others. Occassionally if i do a run rule now on my inbox,
it will send one message out, but never more than that,
even though there are over 30 qualifying emails in the
inbox. Another rule (that I have setup to run after this
one runs) successfully moves the email to another folder
based on the same criteria. If I combine those 2 actions
into one rule (forward and then move to folder) it will
forward only the first matching email, but properly move
all of them. I'm confused.
