Rules-Automaticly replying to a message

I am trying to create a rule, that will automaticaly reply to messages I
receive that meet a specific criteria. I can set the criteria, but how
do I set the auto-reply? I see one that sayes "Reply to this message
useing the following template. Ok.. fine.. How do I make a template?
Or is there a way around it. I just wanna reply to the message, quote
the origional, and add a little bit of text. Thanks for the help.

What version of Outlook are you using? Have you asked Help about
"templates?"
