rules for deleted messages

I am working in Outlook 2003 and I would like to set up a rule that would
move any message that I deleted to another folder. Is there a way to use
either a rule or maybe autoarchive to accomplish this?

Rules only work on incoming and sent messages. You need to move the message
to the another folder instead of deleting.

Can you describe the logic of what you wish? Deleting something means you
don't want to keep it. Moving it to a different folder mean you do what to
keep it.
