Rules-if headed contains...?

How do I execute rules for "internet header" contains... I would like to
have a message rule which searches the internet header for text. My current
rules allow alot of selections including message body. The info which I
want to search is found by selecting the email, and right clicking
properties, details tab.

I want something like if INTERNET HEADER contains "
IP.name.lookup.failed" move message to the SPAM folder.

If MS Outlook doesn't do this, do I need an upgraded version? Another mail
reader?
