Hey!
I'm going nuts trying to figure this one out.
Using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP. I have over a gig of mail stored in
my "main" pst file.
I've decided to try splitting it again into multiple pst files.
I create a pst file.
I drop and drag the folders I want to move to the pst file
I go into my rules and reassign the folder destinations that has been
"cleared"
I check my email
Outlook hangs up I(ie stops responding)
If I turn off ALL of the rules, I can check my email
I can run the rules manually with no problems.
If I turn on any rules (even 1) it hangs up.
My husband is running into this problem as well. Has anyone else ever
encountered it or heard of it?
I need a solution!
Thanks!
Eve
