Rules Wizard and filters.txt

Hi,

I am trying to establish a rule that says automatically
recognized messages that are SPAM using Outlook's Junk
Mail feature are deleted.

I set up the rule and edited filter.txt with some
additonal rules - but even though the messages are
colored green by the junk mail filter, they still aren't
deleted.

Any Help?

filters/txt doesn't do anything.
