Rules Wizard

I am trying to set a rule on one of three inboxes on
exchange account.

When I select run now, I get an error message which
states, "This action is not available in the current
mode". I have searched the knowledge base for a solution
and have not been able to locate one.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
