Rules Wizard

Hi,

I have a rule which moves messages based on who they are to
into different email inboxs. Now the move is actually
working as a copy and is leaving a copy in the original
inbox. I am on Outlook XP. Any ideas ?

Most likely you have more than one rule acting on those messages. Try
ending your rules with "stop processing more rules" and see if that helps.

You're probably going to be happier in the long run if you invest in a
dedicated SPAM blocking program such as MailWasher or IHateSpam, rather than
trying to get the rules wizard to handle it all. However, if you'd rather
keep working on the wizard a while longer, look here for some tips:
