In order to correct problems, I changed to a new pst. How do I get all my
rules to work or do I have to manually change each of them?

It's likely that had you exported the rules when using the old PST, then
imported them after switching, they would work. You're best bet now, in my
opinion, is to touch each of them manually.

manually made the changes.
