Rules

I never got a response, so I'm asking again. I am using Outlook 2002 on Xp.
I have rules set up; however, they only work when I go to Rules Wizard, and
click "run now." What is the problem?

Well....

This problem is not unheard of, but unfortunately I don't know of any
solution to it. What kind of rules are they? Can you give one or two
examples?

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with 'dodo.com.au' in the sender's address
permanently delete it
and stop processing more rules

So if you receive a message with that in the address, while you're logged on
and working, the rule does not fire, correct?
