I've set up a few rules so that when I get an email containing a subject, it
goes to the appropriate folder in my inbox. I can see the rules set up, but
it is not happening. Could you tell me what I might be doing wrong?

You can't use rules to move messages to sub-folders of the Inbox
AFAIK......you CAN use rules to move messages to folders created as
sub-folders of personal Folders - NOT in the Inbox.
