Run-time errors? What are they?

I get a message when opening any of my 2007 Office Professional programs
stating: Run-time error '2147467259 (80004005) Method"Add" of object
"CommanBarControls' failed

I can make it go away and continue into the program, but it's getting
rathery annoying getting this anytime I go to Word or Excel. Any fixes?

The error's likely triggered by an add-in that was written for an earlier
version of Office.

What add-ins do you have installed?
