Going to outlook want to send a letter, OK. When addressig To: names pop up
after letter is entered. How do clear this? Tried delete didn't work, Tried
highlight then backspace it all(didn't work). Change profile my chance didn't
work either. I know there's a simple what is it please?

Highlight with your cursor and press the delete button, or highlight with
your cursor and right-click, scroll to delete.

Hi Chris
I have Outlook & When I send a E-mail & after the "TO "I put in say
a T it will come up with some one E-mail address below "Highlighted in blue"
then if I put "TONY" It will come up with Tony's E-mail address, If I put in
a F it comes up two E-mail addresses one with fay's E-mail addesse & amnother
E-mail address "I can select which one I want". but I can keep on typing,I
think it remembers it will come up So I hope explained what happens to me,

Those names are not part of your Contact list but part of the nicknames list
(cache) that Outlook 2002 or better keeps. The ones you don't use can be
deleted easily but you have to remember that cache contains email addresses
that are not necessarily in your contact list. It remembers a number of the
last email addresses you've responded to, even if you haven't added them to
your Contacts.
