Running Presentation

I need to create a continuous running presentation that
will do things.

1 - update each week employees birthday days for that
week - data coming from an access database.

2 - also need to maintain a progress pie chart or some
type of gauge to continuously updat productivity figures.
This data can come from Access or excell.

presentation to an access database for live updates without coding.
