Running Project 2003 in IE7 - Task Information Dialog not Working

In tracking multiple projects at work I am running MS Project as an
app in a IE7 browser window. The application runs, however, the Task
Information Dialog doesn't allow any text of notes editing.

Anyone know a fix for this?
