Runntime Error mesagers

Hi All

Could you please send me precise instructions how to correct this runtime
error, I have not got a clue how to start debugging. I get this error
message when I close Sonic DVD Plus, I have no clue as to how to Debug, this
his the message: Mediahub.exe - Appilcation Error The instruction at
"0x0036add0" referenced memory at "0x0025f5d0". The memory could not be
"written". Click on OK to terminate the program, I then press OK. I then get
another error message saying, The instruction at "0x00460020" referenced
memory at "0x0b6fa448", The memory could not be "read" Click IK to terminate
the program. I the press OK, Then another box comes up saying Microsoft
Visual C++ Runtime Library, runtime error! Program:Common files\Sonic
Shared\Sonic Central\Main\Medishub.exe. R6025 pure virtual function call.

Help!
