Runtime error in Outlook 2002

I posted this earlier with no results yet. Still hoping
for help! This is particularly frustrating because I just
reformatted and reinstalled ALL applications. I
apparently copied the problem when I migrated my files
and settings, as this happened prior to the formatting,
also.

I am getting the following error message each time I open
Outlook 2002 after rebooting. "This application has been
asked by Runtime to close in an unusual way." I can't
find anything in Microsoft's data base that helps. I've
reinstalled, and still, nothing helps.

Any ideas?
