Save as web page - alteration to format?

Please could you help me? I have created a large Gantt chart in Project 2003
and I want to save the project as a web page. Almost every task on the chart
has notes under the tasks information. When I save as web page I include
notes as a field to be mapped but when it opens as I web page I can only see
3 lines of the notes - is there anyway that I could see all of the notes for
each task when I save as a web page?

I hope that this makes sense! Any response will be most appreciated.

Hi HB,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I afraid Project is very limited in this respect. It will only show the
first 255 characters or to the first carriage return. You'd do better to
find a viewer like the Husatonic one mentioned in FAQ Item: 16. Project
Viewer.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

See http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc for Project Tutorials

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Dear Mike,

Thank you very much for you advice. I still need to show the project as a
webpage as the other viewers of the project won't be able to download the
Housatonic viewer. I may look to add the notes as hyperlinked files instead.

Thank you very much for your help.
