Save Close Cancel Dialog Box Woes

Just recently, in Outlook 2003, when I add a new appointment to the
Calendar, I click on "Save and Close" on the upper-left corner and then
a new "Save Close Cancel" dialog box appears. How can I stop the second
dialog box from popping up?
