Hi Jade,
It can depend on the 'formatting' you're trying to apply
and if the graphic layout choice is 'inline with text' or not.
If it's inline with text then applying some formatting to a
graphic and selecting the next graphic and using F4 (repeat last action)
may work.
If the graphics are not inline with text and you want to apply
a change to multiple graphics you can add the 'select Multiple objects'
icon to your drawing toolbar (place it next to the 'white arrow' select
object choice can be useful). You can drag the Multiple objects
icon from Tools=>Customize=>Commands (select drawing category on the
left).
You can then use the Select Multiple Objects choice to pick one,
some or all of the graphics in a document that are non inline with text
and apply Format=>Picture.

I would like to know if there is a quick way (shortcut) to apply a specific
picture format to another pictur eor a whole document. ??
