"File", "Save as", change the "Save as type" dropdown to "JPG". You will be
asked if you want to save the slide shown or all slides in the file. If you
just want one, go to that slide first, then do the above steps.

How can I save a frame from a power point presentation as a picture?
B8tzm,
Choose file - save - as - in the list save at the bottom choose jpg, png or
whatever format you like. Give an appropriate name and hit Save, PPT will
ask you if you want the save the current slide or the whole presentation.
That's it.
