Is there a way of saving a report and sending it via e-
mail to someone?

Yes that is correct. It's one of the drawbacks of using the built-in
Reports.

If you don't have the full Adobe app that lets you save PDF files, there
is an alternative, one that I use in cases like this. If you have same
VBA experience or know someone who does, any kind of report can be
generated from Project data and exported to another application (often
Excel) where it can be saved, printed or sent electronically to other
users.

Karen,

"Printing" a file to a PDF file is, essentially, saving it. When you
select a PDF writer as your "printer", it will then ask you to name the
file and indicate where on your system to save it. You can then email
this file to anyone.
