Save Sent Email

I am using Outlook 2000.

Just recently the eamil i send is not being saved or
saver very spradicly. Only about 1 in 20 emails are
saved and the ones saved have no commonality - - emails
to the same person are sometimes saved.

The "Save copies of items in sent items folder" box is
checked.

HELP!!!! A search of the knowledge database offered no
solutions.
