Saving a forwarded contact from someonelse into my contacts

Is it possible to save a contact list that someone from my organisation has
emailed me?

I can click and open it, but cannot use it to send an email.

Open the contact, go to the File menu and choose the "Copy to" command to
copy it to the folder you want.
