Saving a Gantt Chart View

I have a project that I would like to share with a team that shows 4 columns
of text (task name, text 1, start and finish dates) as well as the Gantt.
Since they don't have project, I am trying to either save it as a picture or
a pdf on one page wide.

The problem: although word wrap works in project, it does not transfer over
to these formats, hence cutting off some text. If I make the column wide
enough, I lose the ability to view the gantt on one page.

Any ideas?

I print my schedule view(s) to a pdf and then save the pdf as an image file
(i.e. png) so I can insert it into a ppt file for all to see. Or just send
the pdf if your audience can view that format. What you see on the screen is
what you get in the pdf.
