Saving address book from Outl. Expr to new Office 2007

Hi, I'm running Windows XP SP2 and just bought Office 2007 (student version -
dated April 2007).
I want to make sure I can retreive all saved email and all contacts in my
address book as well as notes in the Journal (all in Outlook) after I load
the new Office.
Can someone walk me through it.

If you purchased the Home and Student version, Outlook is not included. If you purchased an academic version of Office (professional is the norm) then your OUtlook items should be picked up by the new installation without any intervention on your part.
