Saving attachment to default folder

Hi,
I am looking for a way to keep the same settings for Outlook 2000 when
saving an attachment. When I right click and select save attachment, I'd
like it always to go to My Docs, but unless I select it each time I open
Outlook, it defaults to a temp directory, OklaXXX or similar. Any ideas how
to make this happen? I've looked through options and settings and don't see
anywhere to set it. Thanks, Steve
