Saving automatically

Hi! Thanks for helping.

I would like to be able to set Word 2003 so that it saves (a real save)
automatically every ten or so minutes - without having to click on the Save
icon. Or, baring this, have Word pop up some kind of reminder (that cannot
be ignored) that it is time to save.

Can you help me?
