Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel The way my document appears when i'm working on it is totally different than how it looks in the "print preview" view. When I send my document to others i want it to open how it looks in the "print preview" not in the way it looks while i'm working on it.

Sorry, but you've told absolutely nothing useful about the situation. You
haven't even confirmed that you're using Mac Word, let alone the version &
update level of your installation. We need to know that as well as your
update level of OS X.

We also have no idea what your document looks like -- either 'while you're
working on it', what is 'different' in Print Preview, what's different when
others view it, or how you're 'sending' it to them. In order for anyone to
even imagine what the problem is you need to supply complete, accurate,
descriptive details about all of those issues. Nobody can help you resolve
any problems if they have no idea what the problems are, and the only way
they can have any grasp of the problems comes from what you disclose.

The only suggestion I can offer based on this vague statement is that you
create & send a PDF rather than a Word document.

You have no control over how a Word document appears after it leaves you:
everyone sets up their computer to suit the way they want to see things.

If you save your document as a PDF file after you complete it, the recipient
will have less control over how it appears (but they can still make major
changes if they want to).

A PDF will also prevent them using the content properly, so they will
probably email you asking for the original :)

Hope this helps
