Saving e-mail

My company is not allowing us to retain e-mail on our individual computers so we have to store them in project files. Is there anyway to retain who the e-mail has been sent by in a .msg file without renaming each individual e-mail?

Can you create a pst-file in the project folder? File-> New-> Outlook Data
File...
This way you can store the mail items in the project folder and can open
them from within Outlook
